How to use reporting, trend views, and AI-assisted workspace analysis.

Reports & Analytics

RectifAI’s Reports area helps teams understand incident load and operational patterns over time.

Available time windows

Users can switch between:

  • 7 days
  • 30 days
  • 90 days

What the reports page shows

Summary cards

The top of the page shows quick counts for:

  • total incidents
  • open incidents
  • resolved incidents
  • closed incidents

Daily incident volume

The chart shows incident activity over time, stacked by severity so teams can see not just count but operational weight.

Incidents by system

This helps identify which systems are generating the most incident traffic.

Incidents by team

This helps identify which teams are carrying the most operational burden.

AI SRE analysis

Users can generate AI-assisted workspace analysis for the selected time window.

This is useful for:

  • monthly operational reviews
  • reliability planning
  • identifying hotspots
  • finding follow-up opportunities

How to interpret reports well

Use reports to guide questions such as:

  • Are a few systems responsible for most of the incidents?
  • Are incidents clustering around one team or ownership boundary?
  • Are open incidents lingering too long?
  • Are follow-up actions reducing repeat issues over time?

Reports are most useful when incident records, systems, and team ownership are maintained consistently.
