OAuth Integrations
Overview of RectifAI's supported OAuth providers, with dedicated setup and removal guides for each system.
OAuth Integrations
RectifAI supports OAuth-based integrations for Atlassian, Slack, Google, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and Zoom.
Use the provider pages nested under this section in the left navigation for step-by-step instructions on:
- adding the integration
- using the integration in RectifAI
- removing the integration
- understanding de-authorization impact
- understanding how RectifAI handles stored OAuth data
If you run into trouble during setup or removal, see the Troubleshooting guide.
Before you start
Recommended prerequisites for any integration:
- You are signed in to RectifAI.
- You are a workspace admin for the target workspace.
- You already have access to the third-party system you want to connect.
- You know which provider should be the default for its category in your workspace.
General removal behavior:
- Disconnecting an integration removes the stored OAuth tokens from RectifAI for that workspace.
- Future syncs, incident actions, and provider-specific automation stop until you reconnect.
- Historical incident records already stored in RectifAI are retained until workspace deletion or a valid erasure request.
- Data that was already written to third-party systems such as Jira issues, Slack messages, PagerDuty incidents, or Zoom meetings is not deleted automatically from those third-party systems.
For retention details, see the Privacy Policy.
