Integrations
Zoom
Add, use, and remove the Zoom OAuth integration for incident meeting workflows.
Zoom OAuth Integration
Zoom is supported as an Engage provider.
Prerequisites
- You are a workspace admin in RectifAI.
- The connection is completed by a Zoom account admin.
- The Zoom account allows the requested scopes and app approval.
- Zoom is set as the default engage provider if you want new incident bridges to use it automatically.
Add the Zoom integration
- Open Workspace -> Integrations -> Engage -> Zoom.
- Ensure a Zoom account admin is performing the connection.
- Click Connect Zoom.
- Sign in to Zoom if prompted.
- Review the requested account-level permissions and approve access.
- Return to RectifAI and confirm the integration shows as connected.
- Set Zoom as the default Engage provider if you want incident bridge creation to use Zoom by default.
Use Zoom in RectifAI
- Create Zoom meetings directly from an incident.
- Share the meeting link with responders quickly during an active incident.
- Keep the meeting reference attached to the incident record for rejoin access.
Remove the Zoom integration
- Open Workspace -> Integrations -> Engage -> Zoom.
- Click Disconnect.
- Confirm the provider now shows as not connected.
- If you want to fully remove the app from Zoom, de-authorize or uninstall it from your Zoom account admin settings as well.
What happens after removal
- RectifAI stops creating new Zoom meetings for incidents.
- Existing Zoom meetings already created remain in Zoom until they are deleted there.
- Incident records in RectifAI may still show historical references to meetings that were created before removal.
Data handling
- RectifAI removes the stored Zoom OAuth tokens for the workspace.
- Historical incident records stored in RectifAI remain under the normal retention policy.
- Zoom-side meetings and participant data already created remain in Zoom unless removed there.
